Are you in danger of giving until you give out?

Is your passion for your work and your deep commitment to it starting to push you towards fatigue and burn out?

Do you desire more sustainable self-care in your life?

Could spending focused time weekly considering your well-being in a supportive environment be what you most need right now?

Are you ready to see how prioritizing your own well-being can renew your passion and vitality?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then Nourish: A Virtual Self-Care Retreat is for you.

Offered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina Foundation and designed and facilitated by Rosie Molinary, an author and non-profit founder and Board Chair, Nourish is designed to profoundly connect you with the self-care you most need so that you experience a greater sense of well-being as you live your purpose.

During our weekly 2-hour virtual retreat sessions, you will immerse yourself in reflective and meditative exercises and wholehearted conversations with a kindred cohort that will support you in developing (and following through on) a personalized self-care practice. Ahead of Nourish, you will receive a box of goodies in the mail to support your journey.

With the Blue Cross NC Foundation sponsoring this experience, your investment is one of time as you prioritize each week’s meeting, commitment as you show up for yourself and your cohort each week, and a willingness to deeply consider what you need and practice self-care.

“Practical. Down-to-earth. Do-able. I continue to use several of the tools and resources provided to help me navigate my own self-care journey. Rosie was a wonderful guide and coach — delightful, funny, humble, and encouraging. I would highly recommend for anyone interested in figuring out how to be more healthy and grounded!”

– Michelle Hughes Executive Director, NC Child: The Voice for North Carolina’s Children

“My experience was, without exaggeration, life-changing. I was so in need of the time and space to consider the ways that I focus my energy and how I had developed some habits that were negatively affecting my ability to successfully balance work, family and self-care. I have a lot of work to do, but I am so hopeful and optimistic. The strategies, advice and gentle nudges that Rosie offered are profoundly impactful. She is an incredibly gifted facilitator and guide!”

– Rebecca

“I’ve spent my life dedicated to community work, often forgetting and displacing my own needs for quiet and rejuvenation. During the retreat, participants built our own individualized plans (all of which I’ve followed up on!).

Rosie shared real practical tips to help me regain control over my days and protect my energy to continue to do this work that I love so much.”

– Elizabeth

“While I’m fairly aware of the concepts of self-care, Rosie was able to help me see some of my behaviors and stress through a new and clarifying lens. I now often consider the limitations on the amount of energy that I have to expend, and be much more thoughtful about how I am going to share that time and energy with others – including bringing more consciousness to the balance between personal, family, and work time.

Rosie’s tips and tools are grounded, practical, and more useful and relevant to my everyday life than I expected. Even though I’ve been well-aware of the benefits of drinking water throughout my day for a long time, it was the retreat that finally shifted my behavior to ensuring that I bring a water bottle to work every day. It shifted that behavior from something that I know that I should do for health benefits (but wasn’t), to something that I do daily now to tend to my own self-care.. It was a nurturing and sublime experience that I am incredibly grateful for.”

– Schell McCall, Executive Director, Partners Aligned Toward Health
